As Ethan's transformation reaches its horrific crescendo, he discovers a twisted method to further spread the tumor's influence: planting his spores in others, turning them into vessels like himself.

Within the depths of Ethan's corrupted psyche, a dark revelation takes hold. He realizes that his own body has become a breeding ground for the tumor's malevolence, producing spores that carry its essence. With a perverse delight, he embarks on a sinister mission to infect unsuspecting victims, spreading the darkness that dwells within him.

Driven by a wicked purpose, Ethan seeks out vulnerable individuals, those whose spirits are weakened or easily manipulated. He preys upon their fears, their doubts, and their desires, using his newfound ability to implant the spores deep within their beings. Once infected, their bodies and minds undergo a grotesque metamorphosis, becoming vessels for the tumor's insidious influence.

As the tumor's spores take hold, the victims' personalities shift, their thoughts consumed by the same hunger for power and destruction that once consumed Ethan. They become extensions of his malevolence, driven solely by the tumor's desires. Their once-compassionate hearts turn cold and callous, their actions mirroring the wickedness that now possesses them.

The town becomes a breeding ground for chaos and despair as Ethan's influence spreads like a viral contagion. The infected victims, now united by their shared darkness, work in unison to further propagate the tumor's reach. Their actions fuel a web of malevolence, ensnaring all those who cross their path.

The once-harmonious streets are now shrouded in an eerie darkness, echoing with the cries of the innocent. The authorities, realizing the magnitude of the threat, mount a desperate effort to halt the spread of this twisted infection. But Ethan and his increasing legion of infected followers prove to be formidable adversaries, their powers fueled by the tumor's supernatural strength.

With each new victim, the tumor's power grows exponentially. Ethan revels in the chaos he has unleashed, his influence spreading like tendrils through the town. The infected victims become puppets in his grand design, carrying out his malevolent will without question or remorse.
